Clarity. Discipline. Repetition.

I'm Teodoro Morcone, based in Zurich, and broadly speaking I work at the intersection of mathematics, technology, and performance, especially through applied AI and long-cultivated personal, interdisciplinary knowledge. Progress comes from clarity, discipline, and repetition done well — as a tutor, as someone who practically builds and runs my own IT, and as a competitive powerlifter.

To be clear: I don’t offer personal training, singing lessons, or nutrition counseling. If you need any of these, I’ll gladly refer you to qualified professionals.

In math I'm a tutor focused on practice and exams, not a research mathematician—and I don't claim the protected professional title mathematician either, which I neither may use nor choose to use. I use social media and content deliberately for visibility, trust in me as a person, and sales when that makes sense — not as a full-time creator. And I'm not a stereotypical big-team software engineer: I ship and operate my own website, tools, and internal systems end to end. I also enjoy using my presence to connect different communities and bring them closer together—mostly because it's fun.

My teaching stays structured, direct, and results-oriented. I work online with students who want more than explanations: a system, a plan, and the confidence to perform under pressure. The same standards — useful execution, continuous improvement — shape how I evolve my digital workflows and tools. Working for myself fits that: I set the pace and own the responsibility, and I skip a lot of the friction and noise that often comes with big orgs or too many cooks—because calmer focus simply suits me better. Trust in me as a person matters: you know who you’re booking, and I put my name and face behind it.

I was trained to optimize business processes and manage resources. I outsource as little as I can—wherever it’s realistic, I keep quality, workflows, and accountability under my own control. That approach works exceptionally well in the AI era. The real through-line isn’t a tidy industry label: it’s solving problems and processes in a way that survives real day-to-day work—across tutoring, self-built digital systems, and beyond. I’m not angling to be traditional business consulting; I stay pragmatic and close to execution.

Earlier in my career, as an auditor and chief accountant, I worked with large corporations and boards. These days I keep my distance from that world: the tie sits too tight for my taste, and H&M rarely stocks my size anyway. On top of that, I simply don’t fit certain organizational molds. I do my own thing.

While many people race to collect certifications, I’m not chasing certification for its own sake—I’m chasing concrete skills, and I test whether they actually work in practice. Certification paths often bring pressure and selection procedures; those procedures can be optimal or poor. Some people hopefully emerge with exactly the narrow expertise that was tested—and still lose the big picture because the knowledge stayed too siloed. Tight timelines can also block the depth you actually want or need in life and at work. None of that means I lack a formal academic education: I hold a Swiss UAS degree (FH), and the way I apply knowledge has always been more practical than theoretical.

If you still haven’t understood exactly what I do: come to tutoring, consulting, or coaching on the topic of problem solving There we can sort it out most simply, and I’m happy to brainstorm—or whatever you prefer to call it.
